Emergency Contact 

Your child’s safety is of the upmost importance to me, so I have asked that you provide emergency contacts. Also, if there is anyone besides yourself that will be picking up your child after class please list their names and info in the emergency contact list. If, for whatever reason, someone that you do not list in the contact list comes to pick up your child, I will be calling to confirm they are allowed to pick your child up, unless you have confirmed with the beforehand.

Children Class Safety

1. We care about your children safety. But please understand there are a little explorer, they might have chance to get hurt or injury. Please understand you will need to take full responsibility for any risk s, injures or damages known or unknown which might incur because of participating in the class.

2. Please also understand you knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim that you may have against Aberdeen Dual Language Montessori School, any of its teachers or volunteers, or the venue of any and all injury and damage that you may sustain before, or after as a result of participating in class(s).

Closures-Holiday/Inclement weather

We will be closed on; Christmas week(22th,24th), New Year’s week(Dec 29th,31st, Jan 5th); Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving week(24th,26th ) , Fall break, Spring break week 

If weather is bad, please call us to see if we are open.

illness 

-If your child is having fever, coughing cause no sleep, voice lost or throw up the night before, please do not bring your children to class. 

Tuition

Please understand that you are paying us to be ready and prepared to offer your child professional care and teaching skills. If your child is not present one day, I cannot fill this space that and therefore lose money unless you pay the school to hold the spot.  That being said, no tuition amount will be changed or have less payments option due to sickness or school's holidays. 

Payment option

We send out invoice. Tuition due day will be the 1st of every month. Late fee ($5) will be charge after the 5th of every month.

Refund

There are no refunds given for tuition.

Withdrawal

 With children who are in preschool ages, we do understand that this can be in adjustment for them. We ask that you you will give them 2-3 weeks to get comfortable before deciding to withdraw from classes.
